What I do

I have built up a high level of expertise around property issues and in particular assisting clients buying and selling residential properties or refinancing those.  I also advise and assist on the titling and transactional aspects of residential subdivisions.

My work also extends to advising the firm’s clients who have trusts including their administration and gifting programme and assisting those establishing new trusts.

How I like to work with clients.

I like to develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients. It’s important to get to know the clients, and understand them so they can be provided with the best service possible.

My approach to client service.

Clients like to be kept informed with their sale or purchase.  For many, their home or new home is their biggest asset and it’s important for me to ensure they understand the process, what’s required from them and what we are doing to make settlement as easy as possible.

What I like doing after hours

Spending time with my family is important including helping my adult son complete building his first home.  Travel, attending concerts, walking, reading and watching movies are all great ways to relax too.  Ongoing education has also been a feature of home life in recent years and I’m proud to say I graduated from Massey University with a Bachelor of Business Studies in 2011.
