What I do

I advise on a wide range of property matters including acquisitions and disposals, large and complicated subdivisions, leasing and developments. I have a special interest in retirement villages and also the hospitality industry.

How I like to work with clients

I like to understand my clients’ needs so I can provide accurate, practical and cost efficient advice.  I work hard for my clients and go the extra mile to ensure I meet their expectations.

My approach to client service

I like to be accessible to all clients and provide prompt and careful advice.  It’s important that clients understand  what their commitments are  and the associated risks.  It’s also important they get a “plain english” interpretation  of the issues and I like to take the time with people to help them make things as  user friendly as possible.  My clients  find me approachable and friendly.

What I like doing outside work

After hours I spend as much time as I can with my young family, and enjoy all sports, especially rugby (both union and league).
