What I do
I work with a number of the firm’s partners assisting their clients on a range of property and commercial transactions.
How I like to work with clients.
I enjoy working with the firm’s varied range of clients. Although many of the transactions are of a similar nature, clients often have different expectations. It’s important to understand where they are coming from and to earn their trust by delivering them an efficient service.
My approach to client service.
I’ve learnt there’s no substitute for good planning. I carefully work through a transaction and will make a point of checking with clients to ensure they understand what is happening, the time frames and to respond to any concerns they may have about the process.
What I like doing after hours
I’ve played competitive sport across a couple of different codes but these days there is probably more gym work, running and cycling for leisure. Catching up with friends, dining out and the usual socialising, fills in the weekend also.
