We are seeking an experienced senior/associate level solicitor to join our growing private client team, providing support in particular to our private client partner.
The successful candidate will ideally have strong experience in:
- Estate administration & dispute resolution
- Trust administration & reviews
- General private client matters including wills, enduring powers of attorney, estate preparation, and elder law
- Othe general practice experience would also be valued
Specific people skills include empathy with clients, especially in difficult situations, high attention to detail, and an ability to work well within a strong team environment.
Our private client team includes a vastly experienced partner, solicitor, legal executive, law clerk, estates administrators and support staff.
