Legal Executive

Roslyn Bosson

What I do

The majority of my work involves assisting clients with buying or selling properties. I look after mainly residential transactions but I also have experience with rural conveyancing, trusts, succession planning and estate administration.

I have more than 13 years of legal experience and have spent more than 16 years as a dairy farm manager and/or owner, I have a particular understanding of the requirements of rural and farming communities.

How I like to meet with clients

It is important for me to build a respectful working relationship with the clients, fully listening and understanding their needs.

I am very approachable and have a down to earth mannerism which allows me to relate to a variety of clients.

I fully understand that in many cases we are assisting with a major event in a client's life and I feel privileged to be involved in ensuring that it transpires as smoothly as possible.

My approach to client service

Good communication and keeping clients fully informed so there are no surprises. Ensuring that my work is accurate, timely and professional at all times.

What I like doing out of office

I enjoy spending time with my family, following and supporting my children’s' interests, paying squash, gardening and spending time in the outdoors.

I volunteer at North Canterbury Netball Centre catering every weekend during the season and have managed rep netball teams.

I am very much a community person and look forward to immersing our family in what Canterbury has to offer.
