Estate Administrator

Frances Cattermole

Frances primarily focuses on administering estates and preparing legal documents, including wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney. With over 30 years of experience in estate and trust administration, Frances has worked as a Client Manager for a large statutory trustee company and is an Associate of the Executor and Trustee Institute of Australasia.

Frances believes it is crucial to keep clients and their families informed about the progress of work and to ensure they understand the actions being taken on their behalf.

Much of Frances’s work involves supporting recently bereaved families. Her extensive experience enables her to empathise with clients’ needs and to minimize the emotional impact of their loss. Frances provides clear and straightforward communication and offers realistic timelines for the formal processes required in estate administration.

Outside of work, Frances enjoys swimming, cycling, reading, participating in pub quizzes, and spending time with her grandchildren. She is also an active volunteer with the SPCA.
