Roger Sandford

Roger is a Consultant at MDS Law and practices in several fields, including property law, commercial law, conveyancing, as well as trust management and estate administration.

In recent years, particularly since the Canterbury Earthquakes, Roger has provided advice to many clients on insurance issues and negotiations with their insurers.

Roger also has a keen interest in and practices within the hospitality sector, representing a number of prominent parties in the industry. This often involves providing advice on leasing, employment issues, and business management.

Additionally, Roger is actively involved in charitable organizations, serving as the Treasurer of the Christchurch Kidney Society and acting as the solicitor for the Christchurch Collective for the Homeless Charitable Trust.
