Tom Cutler

Tom is a Senior Solicitor in our commercial and property team.

Tom has specialist experience in acting for first home buyers, vendors, refinancing, business owners, commercial tenants and landlords, developers, farmers with farm transactions and succession planning, and horticulturists with leasing and orchard transactions.

Tom has extensive experience in off-the-plan sales and purchases, unit titles, subdivisions, cross-lease rectifications and conversions, and boundary adjustments.

Tom can also help with your legacy planning, which he can work on throughout a transaction He also has a strong background in wills, trusts, and estate planning.  

Tom has clients from various backgrounds and makes a special effort to help simplify complex legal issues. Tom will always go the extra mile for his clients.

Outside of work, Tom is an avid cyclist, freediver, scuba diver, gym-goer, and fisherman. He also has a young family and spends a lot his time outside of work chasing his son and looking for lost toys.
