Registered Legal Executive

Sara Jemmett

What I do

My areas of practice include trust and estate administration, estate planning, elder care (wills, enduring powers of attorney, retirement village occupation agreements), residential conveyancing and a variety of commercial matters.

I enjoy a wide variety of work and am currently studying towards my Bachelor of Laws at University of Canterbury after hours.

How I like to work with clients

I like to work closely with clients and get to know them in order to fully understand their specific needs and ensure that these are met.  I enjoy finding solutions for clients with their legal issues and making sure they are listened to and involved in the process along the way.

My approach to client service

I believe clear and honest communication is essential to ensure clients are kept well informed and updated at all times.  Making sure clients understand the process and are involved in the transaction from beginning to end gives clients certainty and can minimise any stress.

What I like doing after hours

When I am not studying I enjoy being outdoors, spending time with my family and friends and trying out new restaurants around Christchurch.
