What I do

I am a Registered Legal Executive and a Fellow of Legal Executives New Zealand.  I work with clients buying and selling and refinancing properties.  My client base ranges from first home buyers to property investors.  I also have experience in wills, trusts and subdivisions.

How I like to work with clients

I like to explain to my clients how the transaction works, what I will be doing for them and the estimated times frames and what my clients need to do to make the transaction run smoothly.  

My approach to client service

I have flexible working conditions, I work in the office and remotely.  I can offer clients appointments outside usual business hours which I find my clients are appreciative of.  A number of my client comment at the end of the transaction that I made it easy and painless for them.

What I like doing after hours

I love pottering around in the garden over the weekends, I particularly enjoy cooking and entertaining and catching up with family and friends.  I have a spoiled dog called Lola who keeps me active walking.  I am looking forward to travelling again.
