Dan is a Partner in our commercial and property team.

Dan provides advice on all areas of property and commercial law and has considerable experience with conveyancing, commercial leases, commercial contracts, terms of trade and the sale and purchase of businesses.

Dan also provides some private client advice and enjoys the space where the various practice areas intersect. 

Dan works with a wide range of clients who have different needs and expectations.  Face to face contact with clients is important to Dan and he enjoys visiting his clients and their businesses so that he can provide advice with more context.   

Dan believes the key to excellent client service is communicating clearly and comprehensively throughout the transaction or legal process.

Outside of work, Dan likes to spend as much time as possible with his wife and two young children.  When time allows, he is involved in community theatre.
