Rebecca Scholfield

Rebecca is an Associate practising in the property and commercial law space. Rebecca’s background is in residential property and private client matters, where she has developed particular expertise and interest in off-the-plans purchases and residential developments. She enjoys working with clients through an array of legal matters and is building her practice to work closely with commercial clients and local business owners.

Rebecca takes a practical, pragmatic, and relationship-focused approach to her work. She aims to provide advice that is not only legally sound but also clear and easy to understand. Rebecca values the opportunity to support clients through significant milestones whether that’s buying their first home, developing property, or growing their business.

Outside of the office, Rebecca spends her time at the sewing machine designing her own clothes and has three cats who keep life entertaining. Rebecca is a big Taylor Swift fan and will happily talk your ear off about the importance of the “Taylors Version” re-releases. Rebecca holds her R1 rally motorsport licence and can on occasion be seen supporting her partner in the co-drivers seat at local gravel events.
