What I do

I work for a wide range of the firm’s clients, a number of whom I have known for years.  My primary role as a Legal Executive is to help those clients with their property sales, purchases and refinances. This may include investment properties, a first home or simply a change from one residential home to another.  Whether it’s a client company, family trust or simply a couple or individual, I like to ensure they are well informed about the process to ensure settlement is achieved with the minimum of fuss.

How I like to work with clients.

It’s important that clients are kept up to date with their property transactions as they progress.  I take a lot of care to make sure I have all the information necessary from clients and other parties to make sure things go smoothly.

I’d like to think clients value the way I work for them.

My approach to client service.

It’s important that things run in a systematic way so time is not wasted.  In the current climate, time is of the essence as properties are strongly competed for.  Clients need to know what they are buying and any risks that might arise.  Delivery of that information quickly to the clients puts them in the best position to achieve the outcome they want.

What I like doing after hours

My family is very important to me and spending time with them either at home or our home away from home in Lake Tekapo is a great way to relax and keep in touch.
