Mark is a Partner in our commercial and property team.

Mark has specialist experience in acting for and advising property owners and developers on all aspects of land development matters including purchasing, due diligence, structuring, sales contracts, planning subdivisions, restrictive covenants and easements, and financing.

Mark works with clients to help them pursue their commercial objectives and manage risk within their businesses. This involves work on transactional matters, strategic advice, contract negotiation, legal compliance and dispute resolution.

To successfully navigate the complexities of property development you need a team approach encompassing all professional advisors. Mark has a deep understanding of all issues that arise across the development cycle, is well experienced in industry trends and knows how to ensure projects run smoothly even when complexities do arise.
