In her role as a legal secretary at mds law, Natalie provides essential support to the commercial and employment law team. Her responsibilities include managing various administrative tasks, preparing legal documents, and coordinating communications to ensure the efficient operation of the team. Natalie is also proactive in offering assistance across different areas of the office whenever needed, demonstrating her versatility and commitment to the firm.

Outside of work, Natalie has a deep appreciation for spending time with friends and family. Natalie enjoys going for walks, which she finds both relaxing and invigorating, often concluding her outings with a coffee. Her love for the outdoors extends to their travel preferences, and she frequently journeys down south to Twizel and Queenstown during the winter months. This travel allows her to indulge in her passion for scenic landscapes and outdoor activities.

Partner: Vaughan is a Partner in our corporate and commercial team. Vaughan advises clients on a range of corporate and commercial work from business acquisitions and dispositions through to finance, employment, and general commercial issues. Vaughan’s expertise also includes guiding his clients through all aspects of their private and personal affairs, including trust and asset planning (with a strong focus on long term planning and care), relationship property, elder care & managing estates.
