What I do
At {mds} law, I specialise in property, commercial, private client, immigration and civil litigation. I have worked in various law firms around Canterbury which provided a really good environment for me to craft an integrated service for my clients.
I am also a dually qualified lawyer having practiced in the Philippines providing corporate advisory work to various multi-national companies.
How I like to work with clients
I love interacting with my clients and getting to know them on a deeper level. This allows me to truly understand all the concerning issues including underlying secondary and emerging issues before it will come to fruition.
I make it my mission to make sure that my clients truly understand the contracts they are signing and the risks they are taking to ensure that they are in the best position to make considered decisions.
My approach to client service
I believe that the very heart of the service that I am providing is excellent client care and relationship management. It is my aim to be approachable to all my clients in a way that they would not hesitate to ask me any question or raise any concern.
I want my clients to be empowered and updated in every stage of the legal process.
What I like doing after hours
I have a young family and we enjoy travelling and camping in our gorgeous country.
I am regularly invited to speak to different communities on topics relating to purchasing their first homes, migrant settlement, emerging immigration policies, wills and on various matters affecting migrant communities.
